Today, a leading Web site will begin a nationwide survey asking who should be the first living woman on the dollar bill, thus turning the dollar "Bill" into the dollar "Belle." The QUICKEN.COM DOLLAR BELLE SURVEY, sponsored by Quicken.com, a leading personal finance Web site for helping consumers make confident financial and investment decisions, kicks off on Financial Freedom Day - July 1, 1998 and will run through August 1, 1998.
