Quicken.com and WebEx Announce Agreement to Provide Web®Based Meeting Services to Small Businesses
Quicken.com Launches New Service for Scheduling and Conducting Interactive Web­Based Meetings
Mountain View and San Jose, Calif. - October 04, 1999 - Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ: INTU) and WebEx today announced an agreement that makes WebEx Offices available on the Quicken.com Web site. The agreement allows individuals and small businesses to use Quicken.com to conduct Web­based conferences with their customers, staff and vendors. With WebEx Offices on Quicken.com meeting participants can view documents, browse the Web, watch presentations, review drawings, and run software programs with integrated teleconferencing and video­all in real time. These personalized virtual offices help users save time and money by eliminating commuting time and reducing travel expenses.

WebEx Offices on Quicken.com create an environment where small businesses can collaborate and exchange information in real­time. Fees may apply for various service components.
