TurboTax Connect for Employers offers participating employers discounts on TurboTax products and online services while enabling them to offer their employees extra tax help and benefits during tax season and throughout the entire year. The comprehensive employer services program helps employers reduce the time spent by human resource and payroll managers on tax questions and W-2 issues by providing online self-service solutions for employees including year-round tax tools all at little or no cost to the employer.

TurboTax Connect for Employers includes:

• TurboTax Online Resource Center - An online site available to employees that includes self-service tax savings and planning tools and calculators, new hire tools including a W-4 withholding calculator, tax savings tips and strategies, tax news, live tax advice, and links to discounted TurboTax product sites.
• W-2 Import via Instant Data Entry - Allows employees to import their W-2 information directly from their employer - via a secure transmission - into their TurboTax return saving time and helping to making the employee's return more accurate. Current W-2 partners include ProBusiness Services Inc., PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Fidelity, TALX and the State of Idaho.
• Employee Discount Program - Discount for employees on TurboTax software and the TurboTax for the WebSM service.
• Employer Program Rollout Materials - Establishes a dedicated TurboTax Connect for Employers support site, free set up of employer discount product site, Instant Data Entry implementation support site and support staff, self-service online employee communications toolkit complete with email templates and messaging documents and a starter kit with promotional posters and flyers.
