Intuit's TurboTax En Español Brings Convenience Of Tax Preparation Software To Spanish-Speaking Americans
First-ever Spanish language tax preparation software product now widely available nationwide
SAN DIEGO - January 06, 2003 - Preparing your taxes can be a challenge for anyone, especially when English is your second language. According to the 2001 U.S. Census, there are more than 32.8 million Hispanics in the United States and by 2050 one out of every four Americans will be Hispanic. To address the needs of the growing Hispanic market, Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ: INTU), maker of TurboTax® products, the No. 1-selling tax preparation software, offers a solution in its new TurboTax en Español software product, part of its strategy to better address the unique needs of individual taxpayers.

TurboTax en Español, the first-ever Spanish language tax preparation software product, now widely available at retailers throughout the U.S., includes the familiar TurboTax EasyStep® interview translated into Spanish. TurboTax en Español, which is similar to the standard TurboTax Basic software also, includes help and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) in Spanish.
