Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ: INTU) today announced that Jessica Kourakos has been named vice president of investor relations. Kourakos will work closely with Intuit's senior management team to develop investor relations strategies and serve as the company's liaison with the financial analyst and investor communities.
Kourakos reports to Brad Henske, Intuit's senior vice president and chief financial officer, and replaces Linda Fellows, who is retiring from Intuit later this month.
"Jessica brings a wealth of experience working with the investment community both as a Wall Street analyst and as an investor relations leader," said Henske. "We're thrilled to have her on board and look forward to a world-class investor relations program under her leadership."
Prior to joining Intuit, Kourakos was vice president of investor relations at Synopsys, Inc. since July 2002. Before that, she was a vice president at Goldman, Sachs and Co., where she covered the technical software, video game and security infrastructure software markets as a financial analyst. She earlier served as an associate investment research analyst at UBS Warburg in New York.
