Question:	How do I resolve the following errors? "The system is dangerously low in resources! Would you like to close the following application?" followed by "Not enough memory to continue."

Possible Cause:	This error will occur due to low system resources most commonly on systems running Microsoft® Windows® 95/98 or Microsoft® Windows Me.

Answer:	To resolve this issue, first verify that your computer meets the system requirements to run your version of Quicken. (For more information, see the link at the bottom of this document.) If your computer meets the system requirements, here are several tips to improve performance: Exit all open programs that you are not using, including Terminate and Stay Resident programs (TSRs). Restart your computer, especially if it has been used for a long period of time since it was last started. Decrease the size of your Quicken data file. Remove programs from the Startup group. Run the ScanDisk utility, and then run the Disk Defragmenter utility. Check for other hard disk considerations. If these suggestions do not improve performance, or if Quicken runs slowly in certain areas of the program only, follow the steps for basic troubleshooting to correct data file damage.
