Answer:	The U.S. versions of Quicken 99 and 2000 for Windows (when installed from CD-Rom rather than floppy disks) will directly convert a Microsoft Money 98 file. From the File menu in Quicken, choose Open, select the Microsoft Money data file and click OK. After converting and opening the file, Quicken will provide a summary report indicating which items were and were not converted.
