Quicken is designed to display values less than 10,000,000 and greater than -10,000,000. The program will display a warning if a transaction amount exceeds these limits. A calculation within the program may result in a value which exceeds these limits. If Quicken displays a row of asterisks (*****) in a field, the number is too large to display in the current view. The number may be visible in another view, such as a report.
Since these numbers exceed the display limits of the program, it is strongly advised that they be confirmed by other means before they are used in making any financial decisions.
