How do I determine which Quicken release (update) is installed on my computer? |

To determine which Quicken release is installed, press and hold the Ctrl key while choosing About Quicken from the Quicken Help menu. After a few seconds, a window containing release information will open. For example, a window that displays Quicken 2002 Deluxe R2 means that Release 2 (R2) is installed.
This window also contains useful information about the data file that is currently open, such as its size and the number of accounts, transactions, and categories it contains, as well as some computer resource information.
If you ever need to contact Quicken Technical Support, it may be helpful to record the information in this window prior to calling. |
