In order to run Quicken 2004, your system must meet these requirements:

1. 64 MB of Random Access Memory (RAM) recommended, 32 MB minimum.
2. Pentium® II 300 MHz recommended, Pentium® 200 MHz processor minimum.
3. 28,800 or faster modem, or other Internet connection (ISDN, Cable, DSL) required to access online features. 56K recommended.
4. 75 MB of available hard disk space required to install the Quicken CD-ROM versions and 43 MB of available hard disk space required to install the Quicken Download versions.
5. Microsoft® Internet Explorer (IE) version 5.5 (with 128-bit encryption) is required to use online features.
6. Must use Microsoft® Windows® 95, Microsoft® Windows® 98, Microsoft® Windows Me, Microsoft® Windows® 2000, or Microsoft® Windows XP as your operating system.
7. 16-bit color SVGA or better video resolution recommended, 256 color VGA minimum.
8. Sound card and speakers are required to hear program sounds or video narrations.
9. 2x CD-ROM or faster is required for installation, 4x or faster to view multimedia files.
10. Works with any printer supported by Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000, or Windows XP.
11. Internet access is required for all online features, including online banking and bill payment.
