Question:	Why can't I import Microsoft® Money reports into Quicken when I use the Data Converter?

Possible Cause:	The Data Converter will not import reports while Quicken is open.

Answer:	You can resolve this situation by exiting Quicken before clicking the Import into Quicken button in the Data Converter. Note: If you would like additional assistance converting your data, please call (800) 811-8766 to speak with a Quicken technical support agent. There is currently no charge for assistance with your data conversion. Other support may be subject to Quickens’ normal billing policies.
