Answer:	Quicken provides an easy method to determine not only which release is currently installed, but a host of other useful information about your Quicken 98 data file. Use this procedure: Start the Quicken program. Press and hold CTRL+SHIFT while choosing About Quicken from the Help menu. This will open a window showing the currently installed program release (R1, R2, R3 or R4). It also displays information about the currently open Quicken file and system resource information. Note: If it ever becomes necessary to call Quicken technical support, it can be helpful to record the information in this window prior to calling.
