ISSET_SE caused a GPF in module SETUP.EXE
|
| |
Possible Cause: |
A Point32 or MSWheel mouse driver may be conflicting with the installation. |
| |
| Answer: |
To resolve this message, temporarily close any mouse drivers while installing Quicken:
Note: Your mouse will continue to function when the driver is closed; however you may lose functionality of the wheel button.
- Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to open the Close Program or Task Manager window. (For Microsoft® Windows® NT /2000, click Task List to open the Windows Task Manager window, and then click the Applications tab.)
- Select Point32 or MSWheel and click End Task.
After installing Quicken, restart your computer, and the mouse driver will be opened again.
If neither Point32 nor MSWheel is listed in the Task Manager, install Quicken while running in Safe Mode.
