Answer:	This is the result of an incompatible Arial font. Download an Arial font that will resolve this issue, and then follow the steps below to install the new font. Close Quicken. Download the Arial font and save it to your Desktop. On your Windows desktop, click Start, point to Settings, and then select Control Panel. Open the Fonts folder. In the Fonts window, click once to select the plain Arial font. From the File menu, select Delete, and then click Yes. In the Fonts window, select Install New Font from the File menu. Note: Write down the file name and location before you start the download.
