Quicken provides an easy method to determine not only which release is currently installed, but plenty of other useful information about your Quicken data file. Follow these steps:

1. Start the Quicken program.
2. Press and hold the CTRL key while choosing About Quicken from the Help menu. This will open a window showing the currently installed program release. It also displays information about the currently open Quicken file and system resource information.

Note: If it ever becomes necessary to call Quicken technical support, it can be helpful to record the information in this window prior to calling.

For online banking customers, it is critical to make sure your Quicken program is upgraded to the most recent release.
