The stock(s) may not be configured for historical price updates.
To resolve this issue:
Quicken 2000 or 2001:
- Point to the Investing menu, and then click Portfolio View.
- Click Update on the toolbar, and then click Get Historical Prices.
- Select the securities for which you want historical prices.
- Click Update Now to begin the download.
Quicken 99:
- From the Features menu, point to Investing, and then click Portfolio View.
- Click Update Prices on the toolbar, and then click Get Historical Prices.
- Select the stocks for which you want historical prices.
- Click Update Now to begin the download.
