Canceling an online financial service and the associated monthly online service charge

To cancel an online financial service, you must:

• Disable the online access for your account(s) within Quicken or QuickBooks.
  AND
• Contact your Financial Institution to cancel your online financial service and the monthly service charge.

Intuit is unable to cancel online services provided by your financial institution. Online financial services and the associated fees are administered by your financial institution and must be canceled through them.
