How to request a refund

To request a refund, choose the situation below that applies to you and follow the instructions:

• I would like a refund for the purchase price of my Intuit product (includes downloaded, unlocked, and web-based products):

• I would like to take advantage of an offer I received from Intuit, which quoted a lower price for the product and/or free shipping & handling:
  
  

• Please read the details of your offer carefully. For example, the Quicken 2005 Deluxe upgrade offer is $49.95 after an instant rebate ($59.95 minus $10.00 instant rebate).
  
  
• Call our Contact Center to request a refund. Please have your Priority Code available so that we may verify the details of your offer.
  
  
• I would like a refund for the 1- or 2-Day UPS delivery fee because my order was not delivered on time:
