Unable to find Register Quicken on the Help menu

If the Register Quicken item does not appear on the Help menu, the Quicken program has already been registered online. Once the Register Quicken item has been selected, and the online registration successfully completed, the Register Quicken item disappears from the Help menu. This prevents repeat registrations for the same program.
