Registering Earlier Versions of Quicken

Quicken 98 and 99

Currently Intuit does not provide Technical Support or online services for Quicken 98 and 99. However, Intuit is aware that some people will still wish to use the Quicken 98 and 99 versions and will need to register the program to continue its use. There are two ways in which you can register Quicken 98 and 99:

Online option: Use our online registration tool.

Telephone option (For Quicken 98 and 99 only): Call Quicken Sales and Service at (800) 811-8766 (5:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., Pacific time, Monday - Friday) and press 2 for customer service. Please be at your computer with Quicken open and the customer number displayed. Our Sales and Service Representative will then be able to re-register the program and generate a customer number.

Note: If any problems are encountered while registering Quicken 98 and 99, we will be unable to troubleshoot them with you. In those instances you will need to either troubleshoot using our online knowledge base here, or upgrade to a later version.
