- Modified the Evaluate and Scorecard links
in the Account Flyovers of the Portfolio to

from TurboTax and TurboTax for the Web
- Ensured that the Tax Planner sets the data
source to TurboTax for all items imported from
TurboTax

- Improved ability to handle changing the date
on paychecks that are already recorded, making
sure taxes are calculated correctly
- Prevented the standard paycheck categories
from being recreated by the next paycheck if
you are not using the standard categories to
track your paycheck

some rare situations when certain sequences
of tasks in the paycheck setup process are initiated
by customers
Graphs
- Changed the Portfolio Value & Cost Basis
snapshot for investment accounts with linked
cash accounts to include the cash in each investment
account and correctly handling the last transaction

showing up if you deselect them in Alerts Setup
Integration with Quicken Brokerage Powered

regular Investment Setup screen from showing
up in front of the Update Summary, which details
the status of the first download from Quicken
Brokerage
- Removed the option to upload tax profile information
to Quicken Brokerage from Quicken 2003 Basic,
since the tax profile does not exist in Quicken
Basic
- Provide the ability for you to choose not
to be reminded to upload your tax profile information
to Quicken Brokerage each time you run One Step
Update
Integration with other Quicken Services
- Prevent Quicken from shutting down if customers
choose to learn more about the Online Backup
service from the Backup Reminder dialog that
appears upon exiting Quicken

and has been replaced with Quicken Bill Pay
Security
Intuit is dedicated to addressing important issues
affecting our customers. The security of our customers'
data is a top priority at Intuit. We go to great
lengths to ensure that our software and web-based
services are as secure as possible in order to
keep our customers' data safe. To make your personal
computing as safe as possible, Intuit recommends
following "safe computing" guidelines at all times,
especially when dealing with programs or files
from unknown sources -- this applies both to software
available on the Internet and sent via e-mail.
While the Web is quickly becoming a very efficient
and powerful channel for sharing information with
others, it also raises the risk of unknowingly
downloading infected or malicious software or
computer viruses. And although we do our best
to identify potential problems and alert our customers,
there is still the possibility of a security gap
that can only be closed by the use of safeguards
such as virus protection software.
To make your personal computing as safe as possible,
Intuit recommends adhering to the following safe
computing guidelines:
Safe Computing Guidelines
- Regularly use virus detection software to
ensure that your computer is free from known
viruses. There are many well-supported commercial
tools from reputable vendors that provide this
functionality to users.
- Never install or run software from unknown
sources -- this applies both to software available
on the Internet and sent via e-mail.
- If you choose to run applications and/or files
sent to you via the Internet, make sure you
are familiar with both the origin of the file
and the person who sent you the file or program
in question.
- If you use a computer that is not your own,
be sure it adheres to these safe computing guidelines.
- Frequently check for new updates to make sure
that your virus software is up-to-date.
- Make sure all your software is up-to-date,
including installing all available updates and
security patches.
- Limit points of entry to your computer(s).
If you use software that enables remote access
to your computer, be sure to utilize its security
features.
- Change passwords often to help protect against
unauthorized access to your computer.
- Use passwords that are only known to you and
are not based on other public information about
you.
For additional information, we recommend you
periodically check Intuit's Security Bulletin
located on our web site at www.intuit.com/support/security_bulletin.
